Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering, screening and directing telephone calls.
- Managing email enquiries and client communications.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room bookings.
- Opening, maintaining and closing client files.
- Preparing, scanning, filing and managing legal documents and correspondence.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Providing administrative support to lawyers and support staff.
- Liaising with clients, accountants, financial advisers, real estate agents and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office remains organised and presentable.
- Assisting with general office administration as required.
Required Skills
- Previous administration experience in a professional office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, friendly and client-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- A reliable, proactive and positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
Experience working within a law firm or legal environment will be highly regarded but is not essential. We are willing to train the right person who has strong administration skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
