M Group Lending Ballarat is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise lending operations across the Australian and our Manila administration team. This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives on process improvement, people leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities


Reporting to the Director of Lending, you will be responsible for:

• Leading end to end lending operations and workflow management

• Driving process improvement, efficiency and compliance across the loan lifecycle

• Leading, coaching and developing high performing teams (Australia & Manila)

• Ensuring consistent service standards, quality outcomes and regulatory compliance

• Overseeing commission processing, reporting and operational performance metrics

• Supporting business strategy and operational projects

Required Skills


• 4–5+ years’ experience in mortgage broking or financial services (Essential)

• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills (Vital). 

• Strong end to end loan processing and operational management experience

• Proven people leadership and performance management capability

• Highly organised, process driven and improvement focused

• Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders

• Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools (e.g. Karbon) and Xero highly regarded

• Cert IV / Diploma in Finance or Mortgage Broking desirable (not essential)
